If you are here, then you've probably seen Food Network's
show, Good Eats. If you haven't, then you should!

Good Eats is a cooking show like no other. Hosted by its creator and writer, Alton Brown, the show combines the likes of the History Channel, Discovery Channel, Bill Nye the Science Guy and a pinch of VH1 all rolled into one great half hour.  So, being a aficionado (and not a nutritional anthropologist) I decided to honor Good Eats with a Fan Page.
Because Alton "thinks that America has lost touch with the kind of cookery know-how our grandmothers used to take for granted," I've done my best to provide you, the Good Eats seeker, with helpful information.
Herein you'll find the recipes, transcripts, links to important sites, a list of the crew and talent and other fun facts. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page for lots of info that was gleaned from the Food Network, Means Street and Mr. Brown himself. My hat's off to them to all. Can't remember where you heard something? Give it a search on the Search Page and you should find it in the transcripts.

Oh, and don't forget to play with your food!
